Add a flexible dashboard to the foundation starter kit.

Currently the language English, French and German are implemented. Please add the language Spanish.

Add loan planning to the IFP model. It would be great to add as it is a part of the balance sheet it should be added. Loans result in interest charges in the PnL. Intercompany loans could be included too.

The Cloud console lets you add new access rules for IP filtering. Once created, rules can be edited or deleted, but they cannot be temporarily disabled. It would be useful to add a button to enable or disable a rule.
