Trace cell on locked cells

When you have created an input template, you cannot use trace cell on non input cells. It works find on input ready cells. I do however often find it more relevant to trace the calculated cells, which is typically not input relevant.

Always show the Dimension Selection in the Paste View Dialog even when the default is used

If you make a manual selection in the Paste View dialog, you can see the selection next to the name of the dimension. This should always be the case, even if a manual selection is not made and the default selection is used

Introduce formula PALO.SERVER_SUBSETSIZE

As already stated in JS-I-1711 I am a fan of global subsets. To obtain the dynamical size of such subset, it would be great to obtain it via a formula like PALO.SUBSETSIZE.

Safe-mode when opening a report fails or is slow
