Show database name in "delete database" dialogue

As the description says. At the moment, "do you want to delete this database" is asked. Just add the database name so the user knows that they haven't misclicked. Asking this for a friend... :)

Input of % values - same behaviour as in Excel

when you input a number in a %-formatted cell you have to input "0.5" for 50% when Excel is there more clever since you input 50 and it converts it to 0.5 automatically the same behaviour would be REALLY helpful in web
