Independent number format from language

Today, default number format / formula format is linked to the selected language. For example, german number format (1.000,00) and formula format (=SUMME(a;b;c)) is selected for german language, in english this is switched to (1,000.00) and (=SUM(a,b,c)). Idea: Allow to chose number / formula format seperately from the language settings. This would make copy/paste of formulas from Knowledge base or between systems running different default languages easier. Also, Excel export from english number formats messes up and auto-detects dates when excel language is set into german. Referer: Ticket 2019011078001333

Thanks for the idea. We have recently shipped this in the latest release of Jedox by providing a new language "English (Germany)". Please check it out and tell us what you think!

Note: We will introduce a similar language for Sweden, Denmark and Finland in the near future.

Same here from Sweden - I would say that this is a top priority fur us. For many swedish organizations and companies the normal seetings would be english language but swedish regional setttings. We actually initially thought that we just missed where to change the format seetings and put this on the todo list to change later in the project- after relaizing that it is not possible to set such a basic thing as formattting independely from the language this now is the main project risk

Also on Finnish "standards" space is used as a thousand separator. We need this really much.
