Drill By using virtual dimensions

The Drill By feature is very useful, but it only reports accurately on filtered Dimensions. If you have filtered on a Virtual Dimension, it is ignored, hence Drill By does not report the correct filtered value.

Add support for lowest X elements ( e.g. 'Flop 10') in a Subset

Currently only supported whole positive values are supported for the data filter, e.g. 'Top 10' values. It should be possible to use negative values to define e.g. -10 for 'Flop 10' values. #15332

Do not allow private views in Canvas
