Introduce formula PALO.SERVER_SUBSETSIZE

As already stated in JS-I-1711 I am a fan of global subsets. To obtain the dynamical size of such subset, it would be great to obtain it via a formula like PALO.SUBSETSIZE.

Localization capabilities in Jedox Designer

Folder and file names cannot be translated in Jedox Designer. In an international context, this means that you have to define a common language or multiply entire hierarchies (directories and files) depending on the number of languages used.
