Introduce formula PALO.SERVER_SUBSETSIZE

As already stated in JS-I-1711 I am a fan of global subsets.


To obtain the dynamical size of such subset, it would be great to obtain it via a formula like PALO.SUBSETSIZE.

    We will check this along with the https://feedback.jedox.com/ideas/JS-I-1711 since we believe if the first one is reactive as you expected this one would follow that logic.
