Issue
The journal upload process uses two separate templates for Group Adjustments and Local GAAP Adjustments, each with different column headers, structures, and behaviors. This creates confusion for users, increases the likelihood of upload errors, and requires additional training to understand which template should be used in each scenario.

Provide a consistent journal upload experience by standardizing the template structure, column headers, and behavior across both Group Adjustment and Local GAAP Adjustment uploads.
