Currently it is possible to create private and global views or subsets. Since the rights management is mainly around groups, I would prefer to also have stored views and subsets based per group. Some departments may want to have department-related views, where the structure and element selection of the view is department specific. They don't want to "flood" global views with those, since it's only relevant for a certain group of users -> group based stored view would restrict access to the view properly.
