The customer would like to use Token-Based Authentication for JDBC connection (NetSuite in this case) in addition to the User name and Password currently supported.
As per Knowledge Base article https://knowledgebase.jedox.com/integration/connections/jdbc-connection.htm, User and password credentials are the only supported form of authentication for the JDBC connection, regardless of the type(s) of authentication supported in the source / target system of the connection.
