Add option "Element path" to Subset Editor (dynamical indent)
In version 2021.4 Dynamical indent was added to Subset Editor.
As it is mentioned in knowledge base: "Note that when using this option on dimensions that use parallel hierarchies, the result can be ambiguous. In this case, the full paths of elements in the subset can be optionally included in the subset result to achieve a more consistent ordering."
Using the option "Element path" is only possible in FORMULA now, that doesn't allow to use Subset editor in cases when Dynamical indent is used for a dimension with parallel hierarchies.
Please add the missing options to Subset Editor.
