Ability to create new folders in the Designer and Reporter using the Integrator

At the moment Designer and Reporter folders can only be created manually. It would be nice to be able to automate this process, especially when dealing with multiple use cases that all require individual folder creation.

    The Integrator File API now supports the method "mkdir" (create directory) for Designer structure (JedoxFiles), when using it together with a directory connection accordingly.
