PALO.DATA.AVG -> add option to count zero cells/values

Please add an option in the function to include Zero values into the calculated average. Also add the option to PALO.DATA.CNT

    Since we introduced the option to store 0 values on cubes, this is possible. If a cube uses this option, and 0's have been entered as values, they will be included in calculation of both AVG and CNT. Empty cells will not be included in these calculations.
