We have ~40+ Jedox users in our organization and getting the JEA add-in set up, or updated, is a horrible messy time, because the installer is not friendly for IT administrators.
Jedox should have an installer that enables IT mangers to push the application our via Intune with admin rights (like most other professional applications already have).
Thank you for using our Ideas Portal and for sharing your feedback. However, please note that the JEA add-in is currently in maintenance mode, and no new features will be added. We’ve shifted our focus to our new Excel 365 Add-in, which already offers the core capabilities of the COM Add-in. Additionally, this add-in is a cloud-based solution that can be acquired through the Microsoft Store and centrally deployed across your organization in less than 24 hours.
If there are any features you find missing in the new add-in, we encourage you to submit a new idea. We’ll do our best to address those needs in future updates. You can find more details in our KB Quickstart with Add-in for Excel 365
