At the moment, any footers and headers on reports that use the date and time function will export and print showing UTC. It would be better, and less confusing, for users if this showed the local time, adjusted for daylight saving at the appropriate time of year.

The time zone of the spreadsheet server used being UTC, it does not consider the winter/summer time difference. Therefore, the designer of this report have to consistently adjust this report twice a year only to adjust time.
