Currently, when inserting a View using the Word Add-In, the numbers do not retain their proper formatting (e.g., percentages, or custom formats). This limitation makes presenting formatted data directly in Word documents challenging, requiring additional manual adjustments.
We propose enabling proper number formatting for Views in the Word Add-In to align with the formats already available in Jedox Web or Excel. This feature would streamline the workflow, improve consistency, and reduce time spent on formatting data manually in Word.
Thanks for this idea. We think it is a good one. We have started an internal process for the implementation of this feature. Watch this space!
