Let us know how we can make Jedox even better!
Currently multiple actions can be stacked within a button. However, there is no option to exit the action stack if one of the preceding actions failed, or was cancelled by user.
For example: User needs to upload and process the uploaded file.
The upload button stacks 2 actions - Upload file + Integrator (to process the file).
If user decides to cancel the upload action, as they had chosen the wrong file, the integrator still proceeds to run which may result in the wrong file being processed, or a processing error.
This lack of control is not ideal. The workaround is for one button for uploading, and another button for loading the file. However, users often forget to click the second button to load the file. This results in a lot of unnecessary user panic when reviewing their data, lose of trust in the data reported in Jedox and avoidable user support.
