Let us know how we can make Jedox even better!
In Excel files that use PALO.DATA formulas, each modification triggers a data call. In files containing a large number of data cells, this significantly slows down the building process, as users must wait for the data retrieval to complete before continuing with their changes.
It would be highly beneficial to have a button that allows users to pause data refresh.
Thank you for your feedback and providing more details on your idea. While we cannot commit to a specific target version, we will consider adding it to our future internal backlog. If you can add further information about the context of this feature, please add it here so we can evaluate it more fully.
Hello,
Thank you very much for your feedback.
We use both add-ins and are obviously aware that the 365 add-in brings improvements, particularly by limiting the refresh to one tab.
However, we produce files of significant size, and even though the refresh is better managed in the 365 add-in, we really feel the need to have a button to pause it.
We are obviously aware that Excel has a native function to pause calculation, but since we use other non-Jedox Excel files opened in parallel, we maintain our need.
