Internationalization - support multiple languages in the MS 365 add-ins like in the COM add-in

In the COM add-in we already support multiple languages - predefined in the modeller.
This will be needed for the Microsoft 365 add-ins as well - elements, dimensions, cubes etc. should be automatically translated due to the Internalization section in the modeller.

Other competitors on the market already provide such a features and we had it in our own COM add-in already, so it's now missing in the new add-ins.
