Documentation Improvements

All software documentation need some improvements. Better documentations less access to support.

    What is urgently needed is context sensitive help. It shouldn't be too hard converting the current manuals into a context sensitive help editor.

    in addition, the documents are still designed as manuals, with lots of examples. some topics should be *documented* more detailed, such as user-rights management. some ETL steps need to be documented better, as well.
