In the future I would like to se the ability to use Jedox input templates in a mode, where the user needs to press a save button before uploading plan changes.
Currently Jedox very aggressively sends all inputs back to the server for each input, but sometime the front-end can be rather unresponsive, leading to the user having to wait 1+ sec per input.
While we have a lot of thing we can work with, there comes a point where having the ability let the user input ex. 10 thing a ones, and then push the save button and then wait 1 sec for saving and recalculation, which can be experience as superior to waiting for each input.
Maybe even better if the implementation is such, that we can give the user the ability to switch the template on demand between "live" and "offline" modes.
"Offline" here is not meant to be read literally.
