In Jedox Web, it can become very difficult to keep track of all the cubes recently created in a database and those you may need to be referenced in rules. In the past, I have created separate databases to address this, however, the references in rules need to be painstakingly updated once the cubes are moved to a new database. One solution would be to have folders available that can manage the display of cubes for viewing purposes only. The folders would not impact Jedox formulas, locations or rules...in a way they would be "transparent". The folders could be expanded (to view cubes) or contracted (to hide cubes).
