The scroll bar on touch devices can be operated perfectly with the mouse.
However, the scroll bar cannot be dragged using the touch function.
You can "click" on the empty areas and the bar will move, but only in relatively small steps.

This behavior is the same for all reports that contain a scroll bar.
For example, there is a workaround for Chrome via the add-on (Mobile View Switcher).
But it must be possible to better control the reports using the touch functionality.
