Custom subset for Element Select Action

The Element Select action allows for stored subsets to be used as source for the element selection. Often designers want to provide individual subsets that are specific to a use case in the exact report. For that reason it should be possible to use a custom subset that doesn't have to be stored globally for using it in the Element Select Action.
