As a use case of the HR model, if the team needs to base the model on a fiscal year calendar, rather than the typical calendar year, there is currently no centralized way to change this.
To resolve, you would have to go to each report in the system that references year, and change the rngYear to add "FY" in front of the year generated.
I believe this could be handled in a Resources style report, where upon changing, would influence all reports in the model.
