Currently, wages and salaries are calculated using a flat monthly distribution (annual salary ÷ 12), regardless of the number of working days in each month. This approach ignores variations due to weekends and public holidays, leading to less accurate salary planning, especially for hourly, part-time, or pro-rated employees.
Enable an optional calculation method that distributes salaries based on the actual working days in a month, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Add a working days calendar per country/region, factoring in public holidays
Create a working day factor for each month
Adjust monthly salary using this factor:
Adjusted Salary = (Annual Salary / 12) × Working Day Factor

Add the possibility to calculate the base salary based on the working days of month.
