The cleint wants a database snapshot at the point in time when the final XBRL report ist submitted to the EU. A few things mus happen when the client submites a report:
Database snapshot (script) becomes downloadable
Database for the year of reporting gets locked
The Client gets at XBRL a maschine readable report,
plus a PDF version of that plus a database snapshot.
