Extend new sorting, filtering and selecting to Dimension elements in Modeler
In 2020.2 we can assign multiple users to groups, etc. Could we use the same UI gestures for multiple operations, like when adding dimension elements to a parent, rather than the right click gestures or dragging?

Rule Editor: Better handling to test and optimize rules

1. A performance profiling for each rule should be possible: to track the time-consumption
2. In the Rule Editor it should be possible to activate/deactivate a selection of multiple rules at once.
TableView: advanced option to select the 1st row as field names
Allow an Integrator developer to select the first row to be used as the header/field name row in a Table View. Option could be called "Use Start Line as field names"
