Add paging in reports for Legal Entities (including the ones listed for workflow)

Sometimes, there are many Legal Entities at customers, paging function would be needed in reports: "Scope of consolidation", "Data collection", "Consolidation Manager", "Consolidated Financial Statement".

Always show the Dimension Selection in the Paste View Dialog even when the default is used

If you make a manual selection in the Paste View dialog, you can see the selection next to the name of the dimension. This should always be the case, even if a manual selection is not made and the default selection is used

Reset selection for a dimension in the Paste View Dialog

It should be possible to reset back to what the original selection would have been (may vary by Axis). For example on Sources of PoV, this would be the default read element.

If using a Subset on Rows or Columns this should be clear in the Paste View dialog

Perhaps use a different Icon and use the name of the subset in the text of the selection

Prevent Dimension Name in Views PoV from running off

Currently if a dimension name is long, you cannot always see it in the PoV.
