Add Rebuild option for Dimension Import UI

Often someone wants to easily update a dimension from a file.

Often, they want to just rebuild it instead of extending what is currently in the dimension (similar to what you can do in the Time dimension UI) (see attached file)

This can be the case if there are a lot of old elements you do not need(thousands), the current UI does not easily allow you to manually delete them. So being able to just rebuild from a file the current desired elements and hierarchy would be very useful.

Not everyone is able to leverage the ETL capabilities of Jedox. So yes, that would be best, but there is a learning curve for doing the same in an ETL job.
