Add Normalize (by Dimension) to Cube Upload Wizard

Subject: Enhance Cube Upload Wizard to support Normalization by Dimension. This will be useful for handling more output/upload formats - for example, we often see data with dates or items on columns. In 7.0 you have to do this manually using Table Normalization. This would make it much easier. Description: Add a new option to the drop-down box for Mode – Denormalized (by Dimension) The user needs to specify a dimension, then that dimension can be used for the denormalization (e.g. Dates). Then the user is able to map the elements (e.g. Weeks) to the columns. The ETL project is generated accordingly, similar to what happens when normalizing by measures in 7.0.
