At the present time we have 1 account per customer, this would be far more straightforward if we have 1 single account, from where we could access all the instances. Moreover, if I have to open 2 consoles at the same time it will not work in the same browser, I have to use incognito mode or another browser

Your Cloud Console account can be assigned to multiple "Companies". If you already have multiple accounts, you can reach out to Jedox Support at https://my.jedox.com and ask them to merge your Cloud Console accounts. Then they will set up all the companies for your preferred email address.
