With the current Canva functionality, it is not possible use horizontal scrollbar all the time, it gets active only when you go to the bottom of the report.
I find it difficult to use Canva reports when I have a horizontal dynarange and the only possibility to move to right is by leaving the section by scrolling down to the very bottom and then scrolling to the right by not seeing how far.
It would be helpfull to have a static horizontal scrollbar as it is for vertical.
Thank you for your great idea. While we cannot commit to a specific target version, we will consider adding it to our future internal backlog. If you can add further information about the context of this feature, please add it here so we can evaluate it more fully.

Future Consideration
This is indeed very painful and prevents myself from using canvas for reports.
I suppose it already would be enough to give the canvas some additonal properties like max height or max width. This is common practise in other (web) tools.
