Expose all the functionaly provided by underlying charting library to enduser

Expose all HighChart features (e.g. http://api.highcharts.com/highcharts#series.data.marker.symbol [^]) via "Advanced Settings" Simple text editor where I can key in json/JavaScript, store and use in addition to existing (UI modelled) chart features. #22689
