Canvas - buttons - hide show - on top of each other

Background:
I would like to show a specific button depending on a combobox variable.
If the combobox shows A, a button should be shown. (which executes 2 tasks)
If the combobox shows B, another button should be shown. (which executes 3 other tasks)

Currently with spreadsheet buttons I can hide and show the buttons on top of each other (in front of each other). Only one is shown.

As spreasheet buttons cannot be translated I am currently converting those buttons to canvas native buttons.

Current behavior:
Unfortunatelly I can only show and hide buttons only next to each other.
So, if a customer is changing the combobox it looks like the buttons are jumping up and down.

Requirement:
Please view the videos attached how spreadsheet buttons vs. canvas buttons reacted when hidden and shown.

It would be great to put buttons on top each other and to hide one of them and show the other.
