Excel cell comment to be stored in cube

Change the current excel cell comment function so it stores the comment in the measures dimension for example. This would allow an end user to enter comments on a cell by cell basis (just like excel) without having to develop a custom solution. This is a standard functionality in Oracle Hyperion Planning also and a feature very liked by users.
