Integrator: Show Relations with issues

In the integrator any steps with issues are removed in the illustration af the selected transformation/extract etc. If the current selected on fails, the illustration is removed and replaced by a red box.

I would really like that the illustration is complete, with red boxes where issues are detected, as long as reference to the previous one exists (obvious requirement).

This would make it much easier to debug integrator jobs.
